Hello,
I’m in the process of re-modeling a bathroom. Found a free clawfoot tub in a field. Wondering if anybody has had a positive experience with porcelain re-surfacing paint. The tub is in great shape (Wyoming, no rust), but the surface is a little grotty(Wyoming, lots of cows). Wondering if anyone could offer any brand names or good method for putting the shine back in the tub, without the cost of re-porcelaining, (probably not a real word). Thank you. Hey I was also wondering about preferred methods for creating small runs of T&G flooring. I have to replace the 12sqft that was beneath the old tub. I was going to use dado blade on TS with featherboards and zero clearance insert, cut grooves, re-position fence, cut tounges. Did a few practice runs seemed to work good, but always looking for better, safer ideas. The floor is Doug fir 4″ wide. Looks real nice after scraping all the lino and tar off. Thank you for your time and input.

Have seen the resurfacing done using some brain killing coating, boatload of sanding, and 300/600 dollars. Not sure on any owner applied "paint". Best of luck on that part.
