New house, still under construction. Three bathrooms each with a combo light/vent fan. Where exactly do I vent these things to?
Obviously not the attic, as the intent (mine anyway) is to remove moisture from the shower/tub/whirlpool. I am also considering connecting all three (same end of the house) to a common vent and adding an auxiliary fan that can be turned on from each bathroom that will REALLY move some air (sort of a Tim The Toolman setup). This I’d vent through the roof. But do each of the typical fans have a seperate vent through the roof usually? Also, what is the best material to use? Thin-wall DWV pipe? What size?
