BEST type of caulk to us with MDF trim

Best technique & caulk to use on MDF to prevent ” mushrooming or blistering please give brand names and where It can be bought. Thnks:)

    Have you tried Polyseamseal? I've been very happy with the way that works and keeps its shape. Lowes has it, HD did but may have dropped it. May depend on the area.
