Better Value- Milwakee or Rigid V28?

I am wondering which to buy, the Milwakee or Rigid V28 4 pack. Probably no one out there with both, but if someone has one or the other, which is best and why or, what don’t you like about either

    Does the V28 Rigid also have the lifetime battery warranty like the 18 volt ones?  My Porter Cable 19.2 is going slowly so I am also looking for a new drill -- appreciate any feedback
