Thanks for all the input. This is the way I am going. Downstairs Trane CL1800, dual fuel. When the temp gets 40 or below the heat pump shuts down and the propane furnace takes over. This is a good solution for central Texas as the summers are hotter than the winters cold. 2nd floor, straight heatpump. Media room(over garage)heat strips.
