Need to be built solidly. In your opinion, on a roughly 40 x 84 x 1 3/4″ door with three stiles and a 20 x 27 stained glass panel in the top, would 2″ deep tenons be sufficent?

Also, what would be the ideal glue for this thing? A PU type glue? it will be in a relatively well covered, north facing environment.
