I have an early model Porter Cable biscuit cutter that I haven’t used very often. It cuts well but only the smallest biscuit, ie the size ‘O’ biscuit. The adjustments on it don’t make any difference, ie can’t cut deeper and can’t cut wider. I haven’t changed the knives or done anything to it other than try to adjust the darn thing. Any suggestions? I have a LOT of biscuit cutting to do now. Sacie L.

Sacie - I have a Dewalt that has a dial adjusted depth stop that allows the blade to come out farther at different settings. Yours doesn't have a depth adjustment? - jb
