scroll down to see harbour blue.
If you were to search trhe web, use terms like pewter and grey also. Some shingles in those names have a bluish cast to them.
You can paint shingles tooto get what you want. I have rarely seen blue shingles and I don't think I've ever laid any.
Another thing to keep in mind - not every colour is available in every part of the country so checking with your local suppliers is important.
This is likely to be a special order that will take extra time, and be sure to figure right and order enough. A second special order will be more expensive and colour lots will likely not match.

Excellence is its own reward!
both Elk and Certainteed have blue ,dimensional shingles---and probably other companies as well.
I think i have personally installed them twice for customers in 20 years or so---they are not real popular in akron, Ohio------but i have seen them plenty of times ocean front on vacation---like the outer banks of North Carolina.

When the company I used to work for built McDonald's restaurants, we used to PAINT the shingles red. Somehow it holds up, but I doubt you'd want to go that route.
Jon--in theory i suppose you could paint the shingles. several years ago I toured a Owens corning shingle plant in Medina Ohio--and was informed that each granule on a shingle is individually coated with Sherwin Williams Paint. they have these silos adjacent to the plant filled with a variety of different colored granules

Wow - that must a boring job - painting all those little granules. ;-)
hey-at least they get to work in colors---think of the poor guy who has to engrave the letter "B" on all those Bayer asprin??????
