Pump-up sprayer. Thompson's sells one specifically for this, but you can find a garden sprayer, the 1 to 2 gallon variety, at the local garden/hardware store for half the price.
Make sure you cover you're plants. That stuff will kill plants or grass if it gets sprayed on them.
