while painting the exterior of a house we noticed some bubbles in the new paint.
My thoughts are the vapor barriers on the interior of the house are not properly installed
if installed at all. How does one find that out and how do you remedy that.
What if the exterior doesn’t have house wrap. what do you do then.

Question on the original paint job, if this was a repaint.
What was the condition of the old paint-were there bubbles/peeling in these areas?
If you scraped, did you spot prime any bare or questionable wood?
Somewhat facetious reply, but how long after yor pressure washed the siding did you paint?
Lots of reasons for bubbling paint, but usually it's due to improper surface prep or use of an inferior primer. "Moisture drive" from the inside can also cause paint to bubble, but you wouldn't see that on newly-applied paint or paint that hadn't been through a heating season, and it's rare to see it on modern non-oil paints since they "breathe" a hair better than the old oil paints.
The presence or absence of house wrap would have no bearing on this issue.
