I just wanted to let you all know that the “Build a Shed: LIVE” streaming video feed is operational.
The live stream can be found at the Build a Shed: LIVE blog post.
You can also check out the archived episodes here. Rick Arnold and the producers will be doing three sit-downs a day to update viewers on the shed’s progress.

It's possible. I've been watching throughout the day and haven't had any problems.
And I'll continue watching - if not for the entertainment, just to be sure the feed is OK.
