Hi there guys! First time question so be gentle…I started my own small outfit w/ my brother about 3 years ago. In the beginning we picked up any and all types of work, lately we have made more contacts and are g.c -ing some of our own major additions, but still taking framing jobs as subs. What I would like to know is: Is it really valuable at this early stage to become members of the different builders’ “associations” and if so..Which ones in particular would you suggest for my type of company?
