I will be building four storm/screen doors. Cost is not a concern, quality is. Any advise is much appreciated. 36″ x 81″, 1 1/8″ thick. Mortise type lockset (1 1/2″ backset, 3/4″ x 4 1/4″). Any ideas on type of wood? Where can I get the hardware? Can I get self closing hinges? Was thinking of using biscuits and a couple dowels. Any idea were I can find an adjustable bottom sweep? Thinking of using MDO for panel – any ideas on weather proofing applied moldings?

mortise and tenon better than dowels and bisquits. Do it fast like this:
mortice: put dado blade on table saw, same width as tenon. Plow mortice's both ends stiles with dado blade. Now you have an incompleat mortise. Leave as is.
tenon: shape square edged tenon on rails, bandsaw tenon same shape/radius as dado blade . Assemble as usual, done.
MDO not weather resistant use Medex instead.
You might consider mahogany if cost really is not a major concern. Stable and rot resistant.
