Does anyone know of a source how to build a foundation vent well on existing brick veneer home? Checked all building books and other sources and cannot come up with instructions on how to. Have seen so many existing ones pull away from the side of the home. Do you use rebar into the existing brick and have the rebar go between layers of new brick? Do you need a footing to lay new brick on. Existing foundation vent is ground level now and water enters on every rain. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks – Larry
