So, since I’m just a pretend builder anymore, I have a different set of clients. I got these architectural renderings yesterday – they’re pretty much ready to start, economy be damned!

And an elevator for the dog –

everyone on here preaches you have to get upfront money,or you don't start. with the credit market the way it is you might have to take the dog for deposit, make sure they at least throw in some chew toys.
oh ,you will need a engineer to approve the structural integrity of that tree. larry
if a man speaks in the forest, and there's not a woman to hear him,is he still wrong?
I could build from that, I don't see anything wrong with it.
Those look a LOT like the drawings our current clients came in with and expected us to build from....
I actually built a house off of a napkin. I'd rather have built the tree house.
No Joke.
Every Archi has there specialty in materials that sometimes make it hard to do there project. This looks doo-able. For instance you can tell by the main rendering color that most of your materials need to be Home Depot orange. Your on easy street.
i see a huge problem
those railing pickets ain't 4" on center
So, are you waiting for the deposit to start?
Get busy, it's sat, time to get started!!!!!!!!!!
