Doing a project a couple years back, I had to wood frame (FLOAT) interior walls over concrete w/ in-floor radiant heat. My biggest fear was to have Hilti pin blow thru 2×4 plate and compromise heating tube. My solution was to use metal stud track and glue to the concrete and use short Hilti pins to avoid deeper penetration of concrete. Then lay 2×4 in track and screw in w/ drywall screws. I know it seems like a lot , but so is piece of mind. It costs for the track but you save on P/T lumber. MAC-CO
