I am getting ready for a concrete driveway. The main parking pad area will have to come up about 6″ to 1′ in order to get a fairly level pad. Whats the best way to raise the area and compact. I have a couple of #57 gravel sitting there. Is is sufficient to spread that and then compact it, or should I be looking at crush N run.

Maybe.
I'll sell you some cracks. Now you see this one-eyed midget
Shouting the word "NOW"
And you say, "For what reason?"
And he says, "How?"
And you say, "What does this mean?"
And he screams back, "You're a cow
Give me some milk
Or else go home"

You'll need a couple MORE pieces of gravel.

Impossible is an opinion.
When you talk about "#57 gravel" and "crush N run" I have no idea what you mean.
Terms like that are often a sort of "local dialect", so they're not universally understood around the country.
They're asking you to fill in your profile so we know where you're located. that may make a difference for freeze/thaw cycles, or something like that.

But are those the specs for HIS #57 stone?

That was my point - None of know just exactly what hes talking about. I was just hoping for some clarification so he could get a useful answer.

I am located in North Carolina. My #57 is like the one in the Luck Stone website. 3/4 to 1". Thanks
As engineerguy said, filling in your profile will help us to help you.
I'd suggest 3/4" stone wetted and compacted every few inches. Others are sure to elaborate and/or correct me, but that's the general idea.

You are looking at it all wrong, drop the house 6 - 12" then you don't have to guess about the #57 and compaction rates!) Think outside the box.
