For the last 12yrs(8yrs as a AC)I have worked for a remolding contractor but now have an opportunity to get into commercial work. A friend, who works for a construction company as a super. wants to quit and try to get the project for us. He only needs me for my license. He has the contacts supposedly he has talked to the bigwigs and investors of this restaurant chain and they are willing to go with us. Again I have the DC License and he has the contacts(investors, subs, money). I want everything above board and legal and don’t want to jeopardize my license. What do you guys think? Any suggestions would be helpful. thanks
