I’m planing on building a small,may 32’x 40′ cabin in no. r. one open story downstairs I/ full loft for mstr. I/I I/ bath, everything clear span I/ floor trusses and full front porch. Any design or other construction tips, sites, etc? Have experience necessary, just mainly need some new ideas. Going for energy efficient, loosing all necessary bells and whistles with good construction. All ideas welcome. Thanks.

*Your "cabin" is bigger tham my house. But then, they're building houses with garages bigger than my house around here nowadays.
