I Built some cabinets for my sunroom, however, i don’t have any time to make the doors. Does anyone have any experience with any of these cabinet door manufacturers on the net. The doors need to be unfinished hardwood raised panel. Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hate to admit it but Home Depot has a line of unfinished cabinet doors that I've used quite often with great results. The last order was for unfinished maple doors that needed minimal sanding before I stained and finished them. I think they only cost about $30 each for a 16X24 door. Read the directions carefully on the order sheet when you write your measurements they're a little tricky, and don't expect any help or knowledge from the store personnel. Good luck.
Where are you?
I like the people and products at Scherr's, but have gotten great doors and drawerfronts from Keystone Wood Specialties, and Conestoga.
What makes you hesitant to buy from one of these sources?
I've had very good luck with http://www.Walzcraft.com out of Lacross WI. There stuff is first rate.

I second the Walzcraft. Right here in my area, so I don't know about shipping and availability out of town, but the quality is excellent. Custom sizes, you name it.
OTOH, I have had decent luck with the Home Depot doors for various small projects. I know Menards and I'm sure most the other boxes have similar products.I get paid to do carpentry. That makes me a professional.
If I work on my own house does that make me a DIY?
