We’re installing 18 cabinets in a kitchen
The sink base cabinet is going right over the top of a heat register
The house has central heat and air
Will the heat blowing into the cabinet from underneath damage the cabinet over time by drying it out?

Duct it out through the toe kick.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
Thanks for your infoIn looking at these cabinets the toe kick has a 1 or 2 inch gap at the top and so there is room for air to circulate
Insulate the bottom of the cabinet so the heat from the duct doesn't heat up the interior of the cabinet. Even without air leaks, a warm duct seems to do a pretty good job of heating the inside of a cabinet. I don't know if it will ruin the cabinet (I doubt it), but it will warm up liquid soaps enough to cause them to overflow... and yes, I know that from first-hand experience.
Thanks DonWe;ll get some insulation and do as you describedThanks again
Here is what I did on my last kitchen which ran into that issue. I "boxed" out the toe kick to the same size as the duct with some scrap ply so the flow of air wouldn't be lost in 36" wide area. Then I lined the boxed area with flexible self stick flashing. This way if there was an issue with moisture (there was a humidifier) or dryness it shouldn't affect the wood.
