Hi: I see Bostich has come up with a vertical feed cap stapler. Anybody have any
feeback on it. How about the Crossfire from Spotnails?
I’m thinking Hitachi’s is to heavy altogether ? Comments please !

I have a Spotnail and am not too impressed. It dose not keep up for quick nailing and the coils of caps seem to break easily. They jamb and then break into small pieces which are hard to load, then plenty of wasted materials.
A friend has the Hitachi and has no problems what so ever. My other nailers are all Hitachi, I thought once I'd try an American product made locally, but alas I'm not impressed.
I have the Button Kap nailer. It uses roofing nails instead of staples. Can always be doubled as a shingle nailer. I love it.
Thanks for the reply. Any idea of who, or where the BK Nailer is availble in Canada?
Where can I go to look at the specs ? Cheers.
I used the Bostitch cap stapler before and it a neat tool. Its great for putting down foam board, and paper wrap. see link below on stapler. Also its a very good value only about $239. see link below.
