I bought mine from Regal Industries but I can't locate there online catalog. Another supplier is http://www.jrproductsinc.com/index.html
One of the trade names is "insulweb" if you want to do a search.

If you are doing wet spray you don't netting. You just shoot agaisnt the sheathing.
The mesh lets you blow it dry.
