HELLO,
I RECENTLY REPLACED MY TUB SURROUND WITH TILE. I USED DUROCK CEMENT BOARD AS A BASE. I MESHED ALL THE SEAMS AND FILLED WITH MORTAR. I LEFT EXPANSION GAPS ON ALL THE CORNERS BUT DID NOT LEAVE SPACES BETWEEN THE INDIVIDUAL PIECES OF BOARD. MY INTENTION WAS TO MAKE THEM AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE BEING THAT I WAS GOING TO FILL THEM WITH MORTAR ANYWAY. WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY, AND IS THIS GOING TO EVENTUALLY BE A PROBLEM FOR ME. PLEASE ADVISE, THANKS!
TOM
