My concrete block foundation does not go high enough above grade to add fill for drainage away from house. I’m looking for a product to attach to framing above the block that is water-bug-rot proof and I can caulk/seal to prevent water wicking behind material to framing.Appearance is a consideration as the daylight basement type of grade will have some considerable visible wall exposure.
I’ve considered Hardipanel (fiber-cement product) but it’s not rated for below grade. But would it work anyway? Anyone with experience with it or other product for the job. I’m in the Pacific Northwest where the ground does get moist from time to time.Thanx
