I am doing several bathrooms in homes that I am fixing and flipping. Would like to get a ceramic floor tile wet saw and have read many complaints on the MK-370Expand good things about the WorkForce THD 850. Both around $300. but would like any comments for either saw or another that works well.

I now have the MK 770 (I think) and it works well. The grinder motor is loud, but overall the saw is fine.

For a smaller saw the Porter Cable works well for about $350.
Look at the Felker TM-75. Inexpensive, with a real motor instead of a grinder motor.
