Check valve installed at pressure tank was new a year or so ago. Now, when the Sub pump cuts in, this checkvalve makes a “wham-Bang” when opening up. It is a well know brass type make. It was silent on activation for a almost a year, but now this noise is starting. Any thoughts on this, short of replacement? The system seems to work fine in all, but am wondering whether this is any real problem, such as being hard on the pump or lines, etc.
