Well according to the OBOA one,two and three family dwelling code with a lateral connection
2' or under with 32' of height can be 3" up to 41,000btu.
5' lateral 32'high can be 4" up to 75,000btu. 10'lateral 32'high can be 4" up to 66,000btu.
Hope this is what your looking for. Don't forget if it's a combined flue, then you need to add all btu's going into that flue.
Mark
*BHackford,In addition to the dimensions previously listed I suggest you use a stainless steel liner with hardware to match. The gases are corrosive and I guaranty it's a job you won't want to do twice. They manufacture flexible liners as well. It doesn't need to be B-vent in side the chimney. I'd look into insulating the liner with a ceramic quilt above the heated area of the home to limit condensation. Also is this the only fuel type used in the chimney? Don't mix fuels inside of one flue.David Taylor, Stevens Point,WI
*If I don't insulate the liner with a ceramic quilt will I get condensation all the time or only on cold days in winter.
