Chimney liners

Anyone have any idea how you would go about sizing a chimney liner? I also have a problem of trying to vent three things, furnace, water heater, gas fireplace but, only have two flues to work with. Tanks for any info.

    Talk to a pro. The furnace and water heater can often share a flue, but the gas fireplace gets its own.
