Guys,

Need some advice as to how best to clean some concrete and brick stairs. They previously had green astroturf on them which was glued down. Some of the adhesive still remains. You can also see quite a bit of old white paint that was there, although this is flaking off.
I was going to start out with water and clorox bleach. Any other ideas?? Thanks in advance.
