I suspect that the drain tile around the exterior of my foundation may be collapsed or clogged with silt. Does any one have any ideas how to go about confirming this without digging it up. If I determine that it is clogged is there any way of flushing it out from inside the sump basket?

Hello I'm still in need of some advise about this problem. Could some one please offer some advise.
You don't give a lot of info. If you have open access to the low end of the pipe, ou might try running a hose up the tube or, as I've done before, duct tape a hose to a plumbing snake and run that up the tube. See how far it goes and what comes out.
Good luck!It doesn't matter how fast you get there, it just matters that you go in the right direction.
