I have a room that seem to have been designed to be a cold room (under front stairs). It is about 3 ft x 10 ft. It is insulated but no vents. It also has a small water well and sump pump for the perimeter drain. There is water all year long althoug more in the spring.
My question is to convert it into a proper cold room or wine cellar.
Because of the water, will it impact whatever is put into the room and how do I use the room otherwise?
