Few people understand it. Nobody agrees what it is, how to learn about it, or who's responsible for it. It has never been more important

Your concrete will not perform very well if you let it freeze. Your temps sound warm enough that you should'nt need to worry about frozen ground, however if it is frozen, you should cover and heat the holes to let them thaw. After you pour your concrete cover it with some sort of insulation for about two days (even after one you could probably build on it but if your not in a hurry wait two.) Make sure your holes are at least as deep as the deepest frost of the season or you will have heaving, I'm not familiar with your area, but 36 inches should be adequate.
