I need to pour a concrete slab in an addition. Finish floor will be tile. About 500 square feet.

I need to mix the mud on site and work alone with 1 helper so will not be able to complete the pour in one day. so the question is:

should I tie the seperate slabs together with doweling in addition to the continuous wire mesh? If so, how frequently? Then I guess I should use some sort of isolation barrier between the slab and the tile.
