What is the best way to put hardwood flooring over concrete that has an epoxy coating?

You could do a glue-down (https://www.finehomebuilding.com/2014/09/10/master-carpenter-wood-floors-on-a-concrete-slab) or lay a floating subfloor of a double layer of 3/4 in. plywood and nail traditional hardwood to it. The epoxy should serve as a vapor barrier.
