We replaced our 10 year old cook top in our Corian counter. We now hear that Foil Tape should have been used to insulate the edges of the Corian. There was no evidence that Foil Tape was used in the installation of the original cook top. We called Corian for information, but they refused to help. Can anyone shed any light on this?
