A while back there was an article about getting batteries rebuilt for a lot less than buying new. I just had interstate battery do one of mine it was 62.00. I believe this article said that for a rebuild it was about 40.00. You had to mail them back and forth. Anybody used this service and if you have do you have the information from that article? Just wondering becuase I have now found my batteries new Nicad (which I prefer) not lithium, prime eligible on amazon for 65.00.

Local battery place-Dynalite- 37.28 incl tax.
Dropped it off, picked it up next day.

How do you plan to charge your packs if you change the battery types inside? They have very different requirements.
I have used our local Batteries Plus several times to rebuild batteries. It's always worked out OK.
