I'm not a painter but I would think 120 would work. If the runs are really bad you could something more agressive then work your way back to a semi-smooth finish.
There is no good way that I know of to find old messages. The "Archives" folder seems to be organized the same way the search function was.

no good way
Hmm, hitting the nnnnn Posts "button" shows all of the active threads in a category, but not very "sorted" to my quick glance.
Using the sort of "I've recently seen" or "of high interest" may be what helps the original poster.Occupational hazard of my occupation not being around (sorry Bubba)
Right about the message index is Show Discussion option.
It defaults to Unread message, But you can select Messages to ME, ALL messages, messages with High Interest and a few others.
If you have the option set (and I think that it is by default) then when you post a message it is set to High Interest and will show a Thumbs Up symbol. You can also set High Interest on any thread by using the Rate My Interest at the bottom of a message thread.
Note - You need to be in Advanced View to see all of those features.
