Graco makes a fine finish head that uses different tips. Great for spraying oil and preventing runs. Sort of inbetween a airless and a HVLP.

3200 psi could be a few machines, usually they are sized by gpm and model number which determines the maximum orifice tip you can use
With oil paint on cabinets that shouldn't be a problem, I would probably use a fine finish 311
