   I wish I could say that I have not used scaffold like that. But it does work. Now if you find the welders "safety aparrel" scary, wait till you see the power supply for the welder.

   I always used bags of cement or rocks, much more reliable than 3 of your closest friends!Experienced, but still dangerous!

   Life is cheap in some parts of the world.  We westerners get all crazy over the personal safety stuff, go figgur.  Most of these people are just happy to have a job and a "skill"!Experienced, but still dangerous!
