what is best option for old farm house that is out of plumb walls/out of square and unlevel floors so a rounded front counter top wont work because the width (25″) will be short of the drawer cabinets and there will not be any overhang in the front and also it is an L shaped kitchen. I have 24 5/8 from wall to front of cabinet

Stupid suggestion: For an old farmhouse why don't you make the top out of wood, pieced together and glued to suit, then covered with "bar top" epoxy clear wood finish.
Obviously, you'll level and square your cabinets as much as you can first. The depth isn't a problem as any fabricator can make tops, laminate or stone in any width you need.
