Anyone know a good way to span an expansion joint in a cinder block wall so that tile maybe applied to the block? The tile is already applied to the wall but where the expansion joint is the tile and grout are cracked. Original installation of tile installed using mastic. I did not do this installation, just left to pick up the pieces.
