I have built a bridge almost 28″ in length (pictured.) The bridge is anchored via eight 40″ deep concrete footers with 6×6 treated piers integrated into sistered 12×12 stringers. My question is for additional stability should I add cross braces and if so what is the optimim placement on a platform bridge configuration like mine?
