Crown molding and Hanging vertical T &G
When hanging crown molding around bullnosed corners, is it typical to do the same as I would do for the base trim with a little double 22.5 piece or just two 45 degree pieces.
Also a client wants me to put up tongue and groove 1×6 pine vertically in her bedroom over finished sheetrock walls. However lack of nailer makes it difficult. My first thought was to cut into the sheetrock and put blocking as well as glue the boards. Any other suggestions? Thank you in advance!!

Crown - yes, use 22.5° piece.
T&G - strap out the wall with 1x4 running horizontal @ 16" o/c. If this is too much loss of floor space then 1/4" ply might provide enough backing for T&G - but a lot more time and materials cost.
crown is a taste call, do what you think looks best...
t&g: don't strap just use som construction adhesive and nail into the drywall.
mark the studs and nail every 3rd board to them for security.
