Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

They are based in this area.
Never been to one of their traveling "whore tents". But based on what they have in the stores it is similar to others and to Harbor Frieght.
Lots of junk. But some of it is usable junk.
And some deals in refurb tools.
is that outfit run gypsies???

Don't think so. But apparently they do run a number of truck sales like several other companies.
I went to one of their sales..
I got the impression all they had was what HF couldn't sell....

They come to my town once or twice a year. They're like Harbor Freight on wheels, they tour the country (or some part of it) with their trailers full of stuff, some good some not so. I've even bought from tehm, but last time it was a hassle.
Basically you see the display model on the table, you go pay for the product at a register then pick up the tool from one of the trailers. Well I bought a brand name cordless with 2 batteries, when I go to pickup they gave me only one. The plastic case even had room for another one. Took me a while to convince them that wasn't what I had bought. They said it was the last one they had, offered to give me a small am/fm radio instead of the 2nd battery. WTF. I insisted on the refund & that was the last time for me...
Like others have said, it's basically Harbor Freight on wheels. They set up at a fire hall in PA and hawk their wares.

I have bought some things like bolt cutters and channel locks from outfits like this, and a couple power tools - name branded only - that were close out models for thirty cents on the dollar dickering, but most of what they have is good boat anchor material.

They are going to be here this weekend. I have gone to their travelling circus before. Piffin gave good answer. They are like HF on wheels. There is a Homier Distributing Co and at least one other outfit that does this also. Mostly the cheap Asian stuff with some "factory refurb" brand name items often at a pretty good deal. Last one I went to had a DW cordless recip for a darn good price. The batteries alone were worth more than their price. Warranty is supposedly good through DW or whoever.
There are a lot of odd tools and consumables that are worth the price. Items that I use very seldom but are the best tool for that operation I have bought there. I bought a biscuit jointer once that was pure trash. They had a heck of a deal on hallogen light bulbs for work lights. May function a flashbulbs but very cheap.
Sometimes it is a zoo and feeding frenzy. I just walk away.
