I don't know how much your looking for but there are a couple really nice boards up for grabs on the "Quittin Time" auction. Could be a chance to get a great deal on some really nice lumber.
here is the link. to the auction site. Click on the Back Porch, Curly Maple will be listed on the auction page.

Don't know where you are, but there are several suppliers that will ship to you. Here are just a few.
Curly Woods is in Texas http://www.curlywoods.com
A couple in Oregon: Northwest Timber http://www.nwtimber.com
and Spectrum Hardwoods http://www.spectrumhardwoods.com
These three specialize in figured woods. There is also Frank Miller Lumber on the Indiana-Ohio border http://www.frankmiller.com
Frank Miller doesn't specialize in figured woods, but last time I was there, they had some spectacular stuff. The first three I don't have any experience with, I just know they specialize. If you want some opinions, or more sources, you might ask this question over at Knots, which is Fine Woodworking mag's equivalent to Breaktime.
Thanks everbody , I will look into the leads.

All those are good and there is also e-bay, at any givin time there is 30 or 40 pieces of tiger maple wood for sale, just go to e-bay and use either curly or tiger maple and do a search using those key words, dont know how much you need so e-bay may not be a good source, anyhow any time I see the words tiger maple my eyes light up, I collect antiques and that is my favorite, so get the damn thing built and we require a picture, please

There is a company in Portland, OR called "The Joinery" which does specialized furniture. Sometime when I want to blow some money, they have one of those Lane style Hope chests and the top is a piece of curly maple, maybe 16x36" that has such texture and depth that you will get nauseous if you look at it too long. It is perhaps the most beautiful single piece of wood I have ever seen, although there is a custom furniture gallery in Mendocino CA that has some exceptional pieces as well. Some famous woodworker recently featured in a magazine runs a school in the area, and I think this is where they sell off the pieces.
