We are in the process of reviewing our customer contract and would welcome your input. Is there anything any of you feel is critical in the wording of a contract. What do you think is essential in a contract? Would you be willing to share samples of your contracts with me? We want to fine tune our documents, before spending the big bucks with the lawyer.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

You might consider looking over the contract forms by AIA and by ASA (American Subcontractor Assn). I don't know where you would get the AIA contract forms currently. But the ASA is at http://www.asaonline.com and they have a publication catalogue you can request.
*The "Contractor's Legal Kit" from the Journal of Light Construction is a great resource.Chase
