Lots of options depending on the thickness of the marble and tolerances you desire. Marble is a relatively soft stone but has grains that can produce cracks or even break with isolated force, so it is important to support the area on both sides of the cut. If it was 3/4 inch thick I would drill a pilot hole with a masonary bit (1/2")and follow the tracing with a carborandom blade in a jigsaw - slow but effective, useing small amounts of water for cooling.
