Geez Jim,
If you want comments you're going to have to do better than that.
Where are you, what kind of soil, elevation, foundation type, full foundation or crawl space, heated or not, ventilated or not, get it, buddy?
Gabe
*Jim, I have several questions/comments.1) Is it possible there is no vapor barrier under the basement floor? Moisture from the ground underneath could seep through.2) Maybe the basement floor is the coldest spot in the house. If it is humid in the house, the water condenses on the basement floor.3) Add a dehumidifier to the basement - it might help.4) Find the source of moisture that is coming into the house & stpo it there.5) Make sure your A/C blower is set to automatic - not continuous!6) Make sure there are no openings into your house from the attic that would aid infiltration, like can lights or dropped ceilings.7) Make sure your fireplace vent is closed.8) Make sure there are no plumbing leaks adding moisture to your house.Without more information than you gave, this is all I can come up with for now.
