I’m currently running elecrical to house underground for neat appearance (permitted and through service provider). I want to run conduit chase for phone and cable but no one seems to know which size (conduit) to run. Any advice.

When we ran the underground service to our house, per Electricians. instructions. I buried a 3" for the 200 amp. service and a seperate 2" for the cable and phone, which is now all on the cable. We ran a heavy string in them and made for an ez install.
My phone is a hundred feet more or less in a 3/4"
It's a fill issue, just like with regular wiring. You should be able to apply the NEC tables, after figuring out the sizes of the cables you want to install.
But remember that it doesn't cost that much more to install a larger conduit.
The general rule is 3/4 or bigger for data wires. It is just easier to pull and puts less strain on the conductors. Also remember this is a wet location so be sure you use a cable rated "wet". Personally I like the "flooded" telephone cable. It is 6 twisted pairs. (Cat 3) They don't say it but you can run 10/100 ethernet on 2 of those pairs just fine at 100 mbs. Just be sure you maintain the twist all the way to the punch down. You could run composite video down a pair with 75>150 ohm baluns but I doubt you wiould do much with cable or satellite bandwidths. Audio and phone are no sweat.
